Brian Bartsch has over 20 years of real estate management experience and is the president and owner of Bartsch Management, LLC. He is a respected leader in metro Milwaukee’s real estate community and is known for his integrity. He is also a multi-asset owner, understanding the importance of transparency and convenience.

Brian is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Wisconsin. He is a CPM candidate for IREM, a Professional Member of the Rental Property Association of WI, Inc., the National Association of Residential Property Managers, the National Association of Realtors, the Wisconsin Realtors Association, and the Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors.

Amber Von Hofmann brings over 20 years of expertise in property management, spanning both commercial and multi-family sectors. She expertly navigates every aspect of property management to ensure smooth operations and long-term success. She is deeply committed to building strong client relationships and consistently works to enhance the value and performance of their assets.

Amber is a licensed Realtor in Wisconsin, a member of IREM and has her ARM certification.

For more than 20 years, De West has dedicated her career to the property management industry, gaining experience in multi-site management, leasing, maintenance, and pest control. Her well-rounded background has given her a deep understanding of both the day-to-day operational side of property management and the maintenance functions that keep communities running smoothly. Combined with her real estate license, De's broad industry knowledge allows her to provide exceptional service to both residents and property owners.

De West is passionate about supporting her residents and managing her portfolio with care and attention. She continually strives to go above and beyond to excel in every aspect of her role.

Phay Jones began her career in property management as a Leasing Agent in 2020, where she discovered a passion for helping people find a place they can truly call home. Since then, she has continued to grow within the industry, advancing into a Property Manager role and gaining valuable experience in operations, resident relations, and community management.

She takes pride in providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with residents, and creating positive living experiences. She believes that clear communication, attention to detail, and a proactive approach are key to successfully managing communities and meeting the needs of both residents and property owners.

Connor McDevitt’s goal as a property manager is to provide an exceptional, stress-free experience for all of our residents. He strives to ensure every resident feels fully supported and informed throughout their entire time living with us.

Danny Lloyd, LCAM brings years of property management experience, including overseeing homeowners associations in Naples, Florida. Originally from Wisconsin, he is passionate about combining the hospitality and resident-focused service he developed in the South with the strong operational standards of the Midwest.

Danny is committed to fostering positive resident relationships, maintaining high occupancy, and delivering exceptional service to both residents and property owners. He holds a professional Property Management certification and is dedicated to creating communities that people are proud to call home.

Shameka Perry-Bluford believes every interaction is an opportunity to make a lasting impression through professionalism, kindness and reliability. She strives to create a positive welcoming experience and clear communication every step of the way.

Dylan Kaczmarek oversees the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department. He is responsible for developing and coordinating staff schedules, managing work orders, and leading preventative maintenance initiatives that promote safety and reliability. With a strong background in customer service, Dylan is dedicated to providing residents with a positive experience by ensuring their concerns are heard, understood, and addressed promptly.

He takes pride in listening, communicating openly, and working with both residents and the maintenance team to find solutions as quickly as possible. His goal is to make sure every resident feels supported while helping create a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment.

Ryanne Burback believes an organization's greatest strength is its people. Having started her career as an office assistant and progressed through multiple roles before becoming Human Resources Manager, she understands firsthand the value of opportunity, continuous learning, and professional growth. Her journey, combined with her degrees in Leadership Development and Human Resources, shapes her people-first approach to leadership.

Rizza Rubio is committed to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the office operates efficiently each day. She also takes pride in keeping the office clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, while creating a positive environment for both residents and visitors.

Will Bernhardt started his time with the company at the beginning of 2025 bringing 5+ years of accounting experience. He is passionate about the profession and understands how accurate and timely financial reporting builds trust with our residents and clients. He is currently pursuing a Finance and Accounting degree to sharpen his skills and grow in his role.

He is determined to provide exceptional service by ensuring accuracy and financial completeness for our residents. He values personal growth, seeking new opportunities, and developing skills to better serve the community.
